Voting has commenced at the polling units of Governor Rotimi Akeredolu in Owo, ward 5, unit 6, at exactly 8:30 am with the Presiding Officer at the polling unit, Opeyemi Amadu, declaring the voting process open.
The Presiding Officer informed the voters to wear their face mask in line with COVID-19 protocols.
She explained that all voters must be on the queue before 2:30 pm, saying any voter not on the queue by 2:30 pm would not be allowed to vote.
