There are several fruits in season already. But let us talk about ‘Agbalumo’ and pineapples.

The African star apple is more commonly known as Agbalumo in Yoruba and Udara in Igbo. Agbalumo is a seasonal fruit loved by all.

Do you know the advantages of taking Agbalumo?  It is more than just eating till it becomes chewing gum.  Most people only take it just because of the sweetness, not knowing it has a good effect on the body.
