THE police in Lagos State have arrested 50 suspected members of the One Million Boys in different parts of the state.
This is just as the state Commissioner of Police, Hakeen Odumosu, has launched a Special Task Force on SocialMiscreants.
The police also arrested three suspected cult members in the Bariga for allegedly carrying out some robbery operations in the area.

The new unit is tasked with the responsibility of dislodging social miscreants in the state who are operating under different names such as One Million Boys, No Salary Boys, Awawa Boys, among others.
According to the state Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Bala Elkana, “the miscreants are responsible for a series of violent crimes and attacks in different communities and neighbourhoods.
They also engage in traffic robberies, assaults, murder and sexual assaults.”
