Group Chief Executive Officer of Concept De La Paix Hub (CDLPHUB), Peace Adedokun, has advocated a more pragmatic approach to technological innovation, insisting that digital solutions must be accessible, practical and capable of addressing real-world business challenges.

Adedokun made the remarks during the launch of CDLPHUB Solutions Ltd, the technology, software, and digital transformation subsidiary of the CDLPHUB Group, established to provide practical, scalable, and innovative ICT solutions to organisations across diverse sectors of the economy.

The new subsidiary officially commences operations from July 1, 2026, with Olusegun Olopade charged with overseeing operations and strategic execution to ensure that the company’s services respond directly to the realities of today’s digital economy.

According to Adedokun, technological advancement should not be pursued merely for its novelty but should create measurable impact for businesses and institutions. “Technology should be accessible, practical, and transformative—not merely innovative for innovation’s sake,” he said.

He stressed that every technological intervention introduced by the company would be designed with a clear focus on solving pressing market challenges. “Every solution developed by CDLPHUB Solutions will therefore be driven by a commitment to solving real business challenges, improving customer experiences, and creating sustainable value for clients,” Adedokun stated.

The CDLPHUB Group CEO explained that the establishment of CDLPHUB Solutions Ltd reflects the company’s recognition of the increasing demand for practical technology-driven solutions among businesses seeking to remain competitive.

“As industries evolved and organisations increasingly sought technology-driven solutions to complex operational challenges, the Group recognised the need to expand beyond traditional business support into delivering practical digital solutions capable of transforming businesses and institutions,” he said.

Adedokun noted that the subsidiary was established with the intention of helping organisations leverage intelligent systems that support productivity, innovation and long-term growth.

“Under my leadership as Group Chief Executive Officer, CDLPHUB Solutions has been established to bridge technological gaps, simplify digital processes, and provide organisations with intelligent systems that improve operational efficiency, productivity, innovation, and long-term growth,” he stated.

He added that accessibility and practicality remain central to the company’s operating philosophy.

“Technology should not be complicated—it should solve problems,” Adedokun said.

“CDLPHUB Solutions was established with a clear purpose: to provide practical ICT solutions that help businesses become more efficient, innovative, and competitive.”

According to him, the launch of the subsidiary goes beyond the establishment of another technology company, representing instead a commitment to enabling organisations to navigate digital transformation with confidence.

“This launch represents more than the unveiling of another technology company; it represents our commitment to helping organisations embrace digital transformation with confidence,” he added.

CDLPHUB Solutions enters the market with a broad portfolio of technology services designed to support public and private sector organisations. These include software development, business automation, website and mobile application development, digital transformation services, branding and digital systems, customer relationship management (CRM) solutions, enterprise technology tools, IT consulting, and technical support services.

Adedokun observed that these offerings align with the company’s objective of delivering practical, market-oriented technology solutions capable of generating measurable impact.

The company has adopted the mission statement, “To solve real market problems through smart ICT solutions,” which Adedokun said encapsulates its long-term vision of becoming a trusted technology partner for organisations seeking sustainable digital innovation.

The launch of CDLPHUB Solutions also forms part of the Group’s broader transformation agenda, which has introduced a strengthened governance framework featuring a parent holding company, an advisory board and specialised subsidiaries operating under unified strategic leadership.

According to the company, the structure is intended to promote accountability, operational excellence, sustainable expansion, and investor readiness while positioning CDLPHUB Group for continued growth within Nigeria’s rapidly evolving digital economy.
