Ingredients
Diced strawberries
¼ cup granulated sugar
¼ cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Cookie crumbs
Berries
Tablespoon of honey
2 tablespoons granulated almonds
Cinnamon
Preparation:
-Hull the strawberries.
-Toss with 1 teaspoon sugar in a large bowl.
Sprinkle a layer of cookie crumbs or cracker crumbs in the bottom of parfait glasses.
-Top with the berries.
Mix the almonds with tablespoons honey and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
– Spoon over the berries.
-Add about two tablespoons of water on the berries
Make sure all ingredients are arranged on top of one another as seen in the picture.
Serve chilled.
