Any malaria vaccine yet?

I recently read in the news that a Malaria Vaccine has been developed. Does this mean that we shall now be free from Malaria infection? Kindly help to confirm this.

Yes. The Nigerian government has approved a new malaria vaccine from Oxford University, becoming the second country after Ghana in the world to grant such approval. The vaccine- R21/Matrix-M, is developed by the University of Oxford and manufactured by the Serum Institute of India. It is still too early in the day to know how effective the vaccine will be.
