Baba Aisha Mohammed one of the parents of the abducted Dapchi technical school girls have asked the Commander in Chief of the armed forces of Nigeria, President Mohammed Buhari to please get his daughter for him.
Speaking to the Tribune online in hausa, he said that he sent his daughter to the Government Girls Science Technical College GGSTC Dapchi to acquire western education for her own good.
The aggrieved parent said he was at home when the boko haram insurgents visited their village Monday evening, not knowing that his daughter has already become number fourty four in the latest list that came out Friday evening.
Mohammed Sanusi told Tribune online that Aisha was a priced daughter to him which is why he could not sleep with his two eyes closed till early morning when he heard that some of them had returned to the school as confirmed by Governor Ibrahim Gaidam.
“I went and sat in the school hoping that Aisha will return to me but could not get any response from the Principal Adama Abdulkarim. This is why I want you to tell the President to please get me my daughter in any way he can.
Another parent Mohammad Suleiman, a Fulani whose daughter escaped through the fence having being helped by one of the teachers said it was sad that this kind of tragedy was still happening to them in Yobe state.
“Even though my daughter was not captured, she sustained slight injury when she was thrown over the fence by the teacher who helped them escape. She told me that they were all scared and crying while they helped themselves when it was obvious they had been under attack by Boko haram ”
Meanwhile, parents of Dapchi missing girls have formed an Association to champion the course, of getting their kids back home by the government which is represented by the Nigerian security which could not protect his kids.

He told the Tribune online that his daughter Fatima Bashir was number one on the list adding that some parents have up to three kids in the list of abductees.
Some of them who spoke with newsmen in Damaturu vowed to lay down their lives by going after the insurgents with vigilantes, rather than ignore the struggle for the federal government which is responsible for security and defence matters.
But Bashir told the Tribune online that he would rather wait for any strategy the Governor who is the chief security officer of the state would adopt in conjunction with the federal government to get back their kids.
The chairman said that his colleagues who are the parents of the GGSTC Dapchi in Yobe are the ones with the authentic lists of the missing girls adding that the eighty four announced by the government is still suspect because the managers of the school did not tell the governor the truth
The formation of the Dapchi Abducted School Girls Parents Association according to the chairman Bashir Manzo is to ensure justice is done in their struggle in actualizing the return of the girls.
This is because most parents of the missing girls are finding it hard to bear with the reality of the abduction and wonder how government, school authorities and security agents could ever doubt the truth of the abduction.
The parents and the community are concerned with the abduction after the withdrawal of security operatives in Dapchi days before the attack. It pains them so much, even the Governor is pained by it.
Another issue of concern to the parents is the arrest of three of their members for allegedly attacking the convoy of the governor during the Thursday visit.
The parents are of the opinion that the Governor may have been wrongly informed about the true situation of the abduction saga but they called on Government at all levels, civil society organizations, the media among others to help them recover the missing girls so that peace will be restored in the school environment.
