In a display of creativity and collaboration, music video director, Olu The Wave, has pulled back the curtain on his latest masterpiece.
This time, he joined forces with Nigerian musician, Noon Dave and South African star, Pabi Cooper, setting the stage with their project, “Hillary Way.”
With the duo of Noon Dave and Pabi Cooper coming together on the new project, Olu The Wave hinted that “they are enough energy to “Hillary Way,” making it an instant sensation.”
The visuals of “Hillary Way” unfold against the backdrop of Lagos, Nigeria’s bustling metropolis. Olu The Wave effortlessly encapsulates the city’s essence, infusing the music video with the rhythm of Lagos life.
Asked what sets this project apart, Olu said he has an enduring work relationship with Noon Dave, recalling their collaboration on Dave’s debut video, “Brunch,” released under Chocolate City.
“This reunion for “Hillary Way” was a harmonious journey, where creativity flowed effortlessly, and the project felt more like a gathering of friends than work. Pabi Cooper’s presence added to the project’s allure, making it an endeavor for all involved.”
