Preparation
Cut the butternut squash, onions, red bell pepper, garlic, add water and steam for about 40 minutes by reducing the heat.
Purée the content once done with a hand blender or a traditional blender until silky-smooth.
Add milk and stir
Add your boiled meat pieces
Add seasoning and salt to your taste.
Serve with Basmati rice.
