Every media and non-media organisation is at present focused on the coronavirus pandemic. Indeed, we are in the period of documentation, information sharing, writing and discussions on information related to Covid-19.
While this is good, efforts should also be geared towards discussions on how the poverty that has been a deadly disease in the land can be eradicated and what to do to help the poor masses.
Equipped health facilities should be provided in farming communities and small holder farmers should be given palliatives.
We are presently facing this deadly disease that has knocked millions of people down, must we continue to lament? There should be discussions that will give hope in the face of our present challenges.
