Why I focused on provision of water for my people ― Tambuwal

Sokoto state Governor, Rt. Hon Aminu Waziri Tambuwal has disclosed that the provision of potable water to the people of the state is among his priorities.

The Governor stated this while inspecting the construction of 1.5 million gallons capacity of a semi-urban water project in Sabon Birni Local Government, a project that is already 75% completed.

This is contained in a released signed by the Special Adviser on Media and Publicity to the governor, Muhammad Bello, and released to journalists in the state on Tuesday.

He revealed that the project is among similar ones being executed in 17 local governments of the 23 local government areas of the state.
