Okra with egg soup is a delicious delicacy. This Nigerian draw soup is easy to prepare. The major ingredients needed for the delicacy are okra and egg. You can eat the soup with rice and any swallow food of your choice but some prefer to take it with garri (eba). This delicacy is worth trying. You can try it out this week.

Egg
Okra
Fresh pepper
Onion
Palm oil
Seasonings
Meat
Crayfish
Fish
Salt to taste
Procedures
Break the eggs inside one plate, whisk it then, set aside
Add little pepper, salt & onions
Chop the onions
Blend the pepper with manual blender
Mash the okra.
Boil the meat and fish (optional)
Heat palm oil till it’s hot, do not bleach.
Add the pepper and onions to the oil and fry for few minutes.
Pour the okra and stir it then allow it to cook for 2 minutes and add seasoning
Add the stock and the protein
Pour the egg inside the okra (let it cook for 3 minutes and stir)
Add water if it is too thick.
The okra and egg soup is ready.
