I was an athlete during my school days and I have been jogging as a form of exercise since then. Now I am 60 years of age and some of my friends are advising me to stop jogging since they said it could damage my knees. Kindly help me to solve the riddle as I still love to jog.

As long as your knees are healthy, jogging cannot damage your knees. However, it is important to keep your weight under control in order not to put any excessive weight on your knees.
