Kano State governor, Dr Abdullahi Umar Ganduje has congratulated President Muhammadu Buhari over his victory at the Presidential Election Tribunal, after winning the petition filed by the People’s Democratic Pary (PDP) and its presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar challenging Buhari’s return at 2019 presidential election.
This was contained in a statement signed by Comrade Abba Anwar, Chief Press Secretary to governor Ganduje, a copy made available on Friday to newsmen in Kano.
According to Ganduje, he said, “This judgement is a clear pointer to the fact that all processes and procedures for genuine election were followed during the election being challenged by the opposition party and its Presidential candidate.”
He wishes more grease to the elbows of the President, assuring that, “Our dear President Muhammadu Buhari is determined to continue doing the good work he started in his first tenure in office, from 2015 to 2019.
He then disclosed that more good things are coming under the rule of All Progressives Congress (APC).”
