The founder of Strong Tower Evangelical Assembly (STEA), Kano State, Bishop Ralph Olufemi Olowo, has promised to devote his lifetime to winning souls for Christ.
Olowo, who was speaking shortly after his ordination as a bishop, stated that he would use his new office to impact positively on the body of Christ and the society at large.
At the ordination service presided over by Bishop Wale Oke of the Sword of the Spirit Ministries at STEA headquarters, Sabon Gari, Kano State, which was also witnessed by clerics and members of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN), Bishop Olowo said: “It is a thing of great joy to be an ambassador of our Lord Jesus Christ. I am a beneficiary of God’s love and grace. He delivers and exalts. I shall forever remain greatful to Him. I will commit the remaining part of my life to serve Him the more. I will use the fresh oil administered on me today to impact positively on the society and win more souls into the Kingdom of God.”
Leading other clerics in the conduct of the service, which included Bishops Felix Adejumo, Bolu Martins, David Bakare and Kure Oyonnude, Bishop Oke said the bishop, who is also the Chairman of Kano State chapter of the PFN, has what it takes to occupy the exalted position of priesthood.
He added that “his consecration is a product of meekness, resilience, tolerance and obedience to the word of God, which he had exihibited over the years.”
