Aragbaye, Dare Melody, others celebrate Evangelist Shittu today

The president of the Gospel Music Association of Nigeria (GOMAN), Evangelist Funmi Aragbaye, gospel singer, Dare Melody, Yemi David will lead others to celebrate one of their own, Evangelist Shittu Adeniyi, at a praise concert, which also coincides with the release of an album entitled: Garden of Praise.

The event, billed to hold at Jogor Center today, at 12pm and to be graced by dignitaries from all walks of life will be anchored by ace broadcasters, Imoyosola Adetoto, and Titilayo Akinsola.

The event, according to one of the organisers, Wale Aturu, is designed to bring people to the presence of God and also lift souls as a way to genuinely appreciate Him for the gift of life and His wonders.

Speaking on the event, Evangelist Olalekan Shittu told R that it would be pure praise concert as it is the only key to see the face of the Lord when one is not seeing the result of prayers and fasting.

The musician, who lot his sight a few years ago, hinted that the album is a joint work with his wife, Olanike, who is also a gospel musician, just as he noted that the album would liberate and ignite people to always praise God.
