The Rahmon Ojukotola promoted boxing event promises an entertaining evening of thrills, skills, excitement, bravery, valour and heroes.
With exciting fights currently lined up and more to be added plus a stacked undercard of some of the Nigeria’s top amateur prospects, it is a night not to be missed.
RooJ will return boxing to Nigeria’s premier and most popular sporting activity. The event will echo the heroics of the late Hogan Bassey and Dick Tiger in the late 1950s and early 1960s respectively.
Rahmon Ojukotola is a former amateur boxer turned promoter who manages top rated prospects. He is an experienced professional who holds a masters degree from the London School of Economics.
Over 1000 fans are expected to attend the amateur boxing event of the year, and the event offers up and coming amateur boxers a platform to showcase their abilities.
The event is scheduled for the April 1, 2018, 17:00 to 21:00, at the Nigerian Baptist Convention Centre, Broad Street, Lagos Island, Lagos, Nigeria. It will be broadcast on selected channels. As well as standard and ringside tickets there is a VIP package.
