Kechi hasn’t stopped wowing the judges as she got another standing ovation after performing Katy Perry’s song By The Grace of God.
The performance earned her a place in the semi-finals of the reality show.
According to her, the singer said she never dreamt to make it to the quater finals of the reality show.
“I didn’t dare to dream of quarter finals, now I’m gonna be in @AGT semis…when God moves, He moves BIG! Thank u all for believing in me,” she said.
Kechi who is a step closer to winning the $1million prize money, took to her Twitter page to make the wonderful excitement and also appreciated everyone for their support.
One of the judges of the reality show Howie Mandel ,who was excited for Kechi, took to his Twitter page to congratulate her for moving to the next level and also for inspiring them.
“I’m happy that you’ll continue to inspire us at the semi-finals, @Kechi. Congratulations.”
Kechi was one of two survivors of the plane crash that killed 107 passengers in 2002.
Kechi graduated with a First Class degree from University of Thomas Houston Texas in 2015.
Apart from being inducted into six academic honor societies, she was the most outstanding student for her major in Economics and has already been accepted into graduate school for her MBA.
