Osun State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has charged the state assembly to publish the profile of each of the commissioner-nominees for their assessment by members of the public.
The party in a statement issued by the party’s Director of Media and Information, Chief Kola Olabisi, in Osogbo, the state capital said, “now that the governor and the PDP have stated that their commissioner-nominees are those who have been making their marks in their chosen professions and endeavours, it will be proper for the House of Assembly to publish their profiles for us to know the level of their capability.

“We want to know their level of education and the experience they had garnered over the years as professionals in their various fields.
“This request is within the purview of the statutory provision of the Freedom of Information Act 2011 which guarantees a right to request information.
“The Freedom of Information Act 2011 gives everyone the right to request information whether or not contained in any written form, which is in the custody or possession of any public official, agency or institution howsoever described,” Lawal hinted.
