Odu’a Investment Company Limited and a property company, Aerofield Homes, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) towards provision of decent homes, thereby reducing housing deficit in Nigeria.
Among others, the MoU is expected to bring about the construction of luxury apartments in Ikeja, Lagos.
Speaking during the signing of the MoU held at Cocoa House, Ibadan, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Odu’a Investment, Mr Adewale Raji explained that it was thrilled to partner with Aerofield Homes which boasted of a noteworthy track record in the housing sector.
He noted that the partnership aimed at not only reducing housing deficit but also enhancing socioeconomic development in the country.

Speaking at the event, the Chief Executive Officer of Aerofield Homes, Mr Armstrong Akintunde lauded Odu’a Investment Company for being a pacesetter conglomerate and a thriving business enterprise despite the harsh realities of the economy.
