This very popular musician recently took caution to the wind and engaged in a free-for-all at a petrol station in Ambode state during the current fuel scarcity that is biting harder in the country.
The musician’s stage name sounds like the way some people used to call 2,000 and he was in the news a few months ago over a court case between him and another musician whose stage name has ‘Boy’ as part of it. The case has since been adjourned.
According to Olofofos, the musician, who is never shy of controversies and fights, decided to get petrol for his vehicle and generator and due to the fuel scarcity, he tried unsuccessfully at some filling stations.
However, he was lucky when he got to a filling station at a popular area in Ambode state where he met a long queue of vehicles waiting patiently for their turn. His impatience, however, was his undoing.
The musician, who thought he was a ‘Big Boy’ and thinking that people should recognise him, decided to jump the queue and met stiff resistance from motorists. Instead of him to show remorse, he insisted on buying petrol before them. This led to some pushing and shoving, with some motorists eventually exchanging punches with him and sadly, he was not able to get fuel in the rowdy situation.
