Laerryblue Media, a Public Relations and reputation management agency, along with its foundation, Laerryblue Foundation, has announced an exciting new partnership with AutoGirl, a player in the car rental industry, led by CEO Chinazom Arinze, to launch the much-anticipated Autowomen Empowerment Program.
This initiative, set to kick off on September 1st, aims to empower 60 women with vital skills in driving, mechanics, and vehicle affiliate marketing, positioning them as trailblazers in the traditionally male-dominated automotive sector.
The Autowomen Empowerment Program is designed to transform how women engage with the automotive industry, offering them the tools and confidence to break into and succeed in a field that has long been dominated by men. Through comprehensive training in driving, mechanics, and the increasingly important area of vehicle affiliate marketing, the program will open up new career pathways for women and help to dismantle the barriers that have historically limited their participation in this industry.
Olanrewaju Alaka, the visionary founder of Laerryblue Media, expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership, highlighting its potential to drive significant change. “Partnering with AutoGirl on this empowerment program is a significant step towards creating a more inclusive and diverse automotive industry. We believe that by providing these women with the right skills and opportunities, we can help them break barriers and become leaders in a field that has traditionally been male-dominated,” said Olanrewaju.
Laerryblue Foundation, which supports NGOs, change-makers, and empowers youths with media training, is playing a crucial role in this partnership. The foundation amplifies the voices of these organizations through media, ensuring their messages reach a wider audience. As part of the Autowomen Empowerment Program, Laerryblue Foundation will train five of the best students from the program, offering them retainerships and ongoing support to ensure their success.
The Autowomen Empowerment Program represents a long-term commitment to nurturing female leadership and innovation in the automotive industry. AutoGirl, known for its commitment to inclusivity and quality service, is the perfect partner for this endeavour. The company’s mission aligns closely with Laerryblue Media’s dedication to driving societal change through strategic initiatives.
Chinazom Arinze, CEO of AutoGirl, shared her excitement about the collaboration, stating, “This partnership goes beyond just training women in automotive skills, it’s also about empowering them to take on leadership roles and make a lasting impact in the industry. We’re thrilled to work with Laerryblue Media and their foundation to bring this vision to life.”
Olanrewaju further emphasized the importance of this collaboration, stating, “Laerryblue Media is committed to initiatives that not only uplift individuals but also drive societal change. We’re excited to see the impact this program will have on the lives of these women and on the automotive industry as a whole.”
AutoGirl shared their excitement on Instagram, posting, “Excited to announce @laerrybluemedia as a proud sponsor of the Autowomen Empowerment Program.”
Laerryblue Media, Laerryblue Foundation, and AutoGirl are preparing to welcome the first cohort of women into the program, with hopes that this will be the beginning of a larger movement toward gender equality in the automotive field. The Autowomen Empowerment Program is poised to be a game-changer, not just for the participants, but for the industry at large. It is a bold and necessary step in the right direction, signalling a promising future where women are not just participants but leaders in the automotive industry.
