I have been having joint pains in my left hip and knee for some time now. I want to know if this is arthritis and what I can do about it.

Mercy (by SMS)

It is true that Joint pains is one of the attributes of Arthritis. Suffering in the impacted joints is one of the essential side effects of joint pain. The irritation might be consistent or irregular and can go from gentle to extreme. In addition, firmness and swelling of the joint can make it hard to move the joint and may improve with development.

All the above can restrict the development of impacted joints, making it hard to perform day-to-day exercises like strolling, climbing steps, or bowing.

Many individuals with joint inflammation experience exhaustion, which can be caused by the body’s reaction irritation, persistent agony, or upset rest designs. A prompt medical attention should be sought for the above issues.
