For 35-year-old Sosay Adonis, building a great music career for himself while still being able to manage his family and fulfil his dream is all that he is after.
Adonis who kickstarted his journey to music at the young age of 16 and being influenced by artistes like Lil Wayne, André 3000, Rick Ross, young thug, he made it to limelight with the release of his song, ‘I’m getting money’, featuring Jim Jones.
The Los Angeles based singer has since continued to carve a niche for himself in the music industry with his various songs and sounds, therefore achieving his dream of being very well known in the music industry worldwide.
Having made music collaborations with some of the industry’s favourites including Akon, Future, Travis Porter, as well as Nigerian superstar, Davido among others, Adonis appears to be living his dreams while living his best life.
Speaking about his career and what makes him unique and well respected in the industry, the singer prides himself in having ears for good music and beats.
The singer noted that his driving force and what keeps him happy was his ability to provide for his family, being able to travel at will and making other people’s lives better.
“One thing that matters to me most after music is my family. What drives me to keep going on this path is my ability to provide for them and make the lives of others around me better,” he said.
While speaking further about his greatest achievements, Adonis said he considers the birth of his son (Legend Carter Adonis) as one of them, as well as his worldwide tour with Future and Drake.
For his future plans, Adonis hopes to have a Legacy of generational wealth, with his name becoming a household name and a mansion in Miami.
“In 5 years I see Sosay Adonis becoming a house hold name; I would also love to have a mansion in Miami where I will live with my family,” he added.
