Sometimes, one gets tired of eating the usual food such as yam and egg, rice and stew with plantain, amala with ewedu or vegetable, pounded yam, eba and the like. At such times, one thinks of creating a new recipe and I feel that one of such occasions you could try out something new in your kitchen is this weekend.
Have you had a taste of snack or food made from wheat before, if not, I want you to try out some of the things you could make with wheat like bread, cake, pancake, chin chin, wheat as an alternative to semo, amala or eba, paste like pap which could be enjoyed with moin moin, akara or groundnut, etc
Because of its fibre content and easy digestion, wheat is suggested to be eaten regularly. So in order not to be bored by eating the same food every time, I recommend the intake of wheat as in snacks and meal. Interestingly, there is neither special or difficult process involved in its preparation; you would make use of the wheat flour just like you would use yam flour (elubo) to prepare amala, ogi to make pap or maize flour to make cake, bread or chin chin.
