The committee members has Mr Damien Lawani (Etsako Central) as Chairman while Ojo Aisen (Owan West), Foly Ogedengbe (Owan East), Iyoha Osaigbovo (Oredo West), Sunday Osazemwinde, (Ovia North East,1), Godwin Adenomo (Ovia South West) and Monday Ehighalua (Esan West) were nominated as members.
Speaker Kabir Adjoto told the committee members to invite the contractors involved in the supplies of the hospital equipment and any other person that can give useful information.
The committee is expected to submit its report to the house for consideration within two weeks.
Meanwhile, members of a Civil Society group under the auspices of Talakawa’s Parliament had on Monday 26 protested to the state house of assembly to present its petition over the delay in opening the Ultra-modern Central Hospital years after it was commissioned.

The petitioners in a statement signed by Marxist Kola, Wilson Imasuen and Emmanuel Agbogun said that the colonial Central hospital that has one Surgeon general was demolished to pave way for the construction of the 5-star hospital that has not admitted a single patient even with the equipment.
The Talakawa’s Parliament in the petition is requesting the house to investigate the delay in opening the 5-star hospital which has been occupied by rodents.
Meanwhile, a bill for a law to repeal and re-enact the law to prohibit the existence and membership of Secret cults in the state has referred to the house committee on rules and business for further legitimate input ahead of its consideration and passage into law.
