I have spondylitis and flat feet. I consulted an orthopedic doctor who referred me to a physiotherapist. However, I have tried this before, and it resulted in more pain than I initially experienced. Are there any other options available? I prefer to avoid pain pills as they make me tired and dizzy.

Spondylitis involves inflammation of the spine, which can cause chronic pain. Flat feet may contribute to poor alignment, increasing strain on the back. Since you don’t want medications, your next best bet is physiotherapy. However, if this gives you unnecessary pains, you will need to inform your doctor so he can give you more advice on the matter.

Consulting a specialist for personalized treatment plans can help manage symptoms effectively without relying on pain medications that cause side effects.
