President Muhammadu Buhari, on Friday, received the governor of Rivers, Barrister Nyesom Wike, who visited him at the Aso Rock villa.
The meeting was held behind closed door for about 15-minute meeting.
Wike declined comments when accosted by the State House correspondents but there were speculation that the discussion might be related to militancy in the Niger Delta region.
