THE President Of the Medical and Health Workers Union (MHWUN), Comrade Josiah Biobelemoye, has been re-elected for the second term of four years.
Comrade Biobelemoye was unanimously re-elected by the members during the just concluded 10th National Quadrennial Delegates’ Conference, held in Abuja. He was re-elected along with 25 other national executive council members.

Led by the President, all the newly elected officers took a oath of office, administered by Barrister Tony Oghagbo, a Deputy Secretary General of the union.
For what the members described as excellent performance within the last four years, all the 26 members of the new NEC were returned unopposed.
While accepting the new challenge, the MHWU President, assured his members to move the union into greater height, adding that he would not take the new mandate for granted.
Biobelemoye also promised to pursue, only the needs and aspiration of the union and its members, while galvanizing all the resources, and efforts to move MHWUN to the next level.
