Engaged with Integrated Projects Limited, Fadekemi manages the planning and design stages of construction projects. The firebrand Builder also contributes technical expertise to project drawings and designs, translating designs, working drawings, schedule and specifications into a physical structure, and construction plan implementation.
When asked about her interests and experiences as a construction engineer so far, she responded by saying “ I have always wanted to be an Builder. It is an idea that has been part of me since I was little. It is a dream come true for me. I love everything that has to do with the job. I am fascinated with every process of bringing paper works to reality.”
Fadekemi has been part of several projects across the continent. She is setting the pace for young ladies who are determined to be valuable to the society.
