Migraines are like intense headaches that can cause throbbing pain, often on one side of the head. But it’s not just a headache – it can also make you feel nauseous, like you might vomit, and super sensitive to light and sound. There isn’t a complete cure for migraines, but there are definitely ways to manage them.

Here are some things that can help: Medication: There are medicines you can take to relieve migraine symptoms, including pain relievers and medications specifically designed for migraines.

Identifying triggers: Certain things can trigger migraines, like stress, lack of sleep, or certain foods. If you can figure out what your triggers are, you can try to avoid them. Lifestyle changes: Getting enough sleep, eating healthy, and exercising regularly can all help to reduce migraines.
