Alcohol how much is too much?

I am a 65-year-old pensioner. I love my usual bottle of beer. Kindly let me know how much alcohol I am permitted in my advanced age.

Adedeji (by SMS)

Experts recommend that men drink no more than two alcoholic drinks per day in moderation. A standard drink is defined as 12 ounces of beer, 5 ounces of wine, or 1.5 ounces of liquor. However, some people should avoid drinking entirely, including those with certain medical conditions, those taking prescription drugs that could interact with alcohol, or those recovering from an alcohol use disorder. Drinking too much alcohol can be harmful to your health and can cause: Sleep problems, Dizziness, Memory problems, Liver damage, Heart damage, and Brain damage. Mixing alcohol and medications can also be dangerous. The less you drink, the lower your risk of harm from alcohol.
