ELIGIBLE voters in Bauchi State have been advised on the need to resist being bought over by the politicians vying for elective offices in the 2019 general elections particularly as the present government in the state may try to sway them through vote buying before and during the elections.
The advice was given by the PDP Guber candidate in Bauchi State, Senator Muhammed Abdulkadir, during a meeting with his campaign Coordinators from the 20 local government areas in the state and representatives the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) in Bauchi.
The PDP Guber candidate alleged that the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) led government in the state has no concern for people in the state, including transport workers saying that though President Muhammadu Buhari has brought a lot of achievements to the state, the state Governor, Mohammed Abdullahi Abubakar, has instead enriched himself alone and forgot the people of the state.
