Oke to receive AD flag today

The Alliance for Democracy (AD)  candidate, Chief Olusola Oke and his deputy, Alhaji Ganny Dauda, will today be presented with the official flag of the party by the national leadership of the party, in Akure, the state capital

According to the director general of the campaign organisation, Mr Bola Ilori, the AD national leaders will present the governorship candidate and deputy with the symbol and authority of the party to be its representatives in the November 26, 2016 election in the state.

Ilori added that occasion would avail Oke the opportunity to articulate his innovative ideas for the uplifting of the state within the mantra of the progressives party before the whole world.

He said “We want to invite our people to be part of this historic and epoch making event, one which all and sundry have been looking forward to for the benefit of our state and our future.

“The AD, as a progressive party, is poised to bring back the lost glory and restore the fortunes of our dear state and Chief Oke and his deputy, Alhaji Ganny Dauda are poised to drive the vehicle of this economy recovery to a safe berth.”
