The results of an annual physical examination released on Sunday by the White House have revealed that United States President Donald Trump is in excellent health.
Trump, 78, underwent the routine evaluation on Friday at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.
The examination was conducted by Capt. Sean P. Barbabella, who reported that Trump exhibits “robust cardiac, pulmonary, neurological, and general physical function.”
Details from the report also confirmed that Trump underwent a colonoscopy in July 2024, which “revealed diverticulosis and a benign polyp.” Based on the findings, gastroenterologists recommended a follow-up colonoscopy in 2027.
As part of the cognitive evaluation, the report indicated that Trump scored a perfect 30 out of 30 on the Montreal Cognitive Assessment, matching his 2018 result.
He was also screened for depression and anxiety, returning “scores within the normal range for both,” the report stated.

In terms of medication, the report disclosed that the president is currently on four prescriptions: two for cholesterol management, aspirin for cardiac health, and a topical cream for a skin condition noted as “some minor sun damage and a few benign lesions.”
The report also confirmed that Trump is up to date on all recommended vaccinations.
The physician further observed that Trump has scarring on his right ear as a result of the assassination attempt against him but noted that his hearing remains “normal.”
“President Trump exhibits excellent cognitive and physical health and is fully fit to execute the duties of the Commander-in-Chief and the Head of State,” the report concluded.
