Unusual penis discharge

I am a fifteen years old boy who has never experienced s3xual relationship. My problem is that anytime my penis is erect, instead of a white liquid to be released, what usually comes out is a white slippery fluid. Kindly advise me.

The clear fluid that you observed when you are s3xually excited is a Pre-ejaculatory fluid or pre-seminal fluid (pre cum). It is a viscous, colorless fluid that appears around the onset of puberty and is emitted from the male urethra during s3xual arousal and the plateau, the first two phases of the s3xual cycle. Most men produce some amount of precum. This is normal and healthy for human fertility and is an indicator of good s3xual health. However, there is a way in which precum can be harmful to you: it can transmit STIs. If you’re having unprotected intercourse, including anal or oral s3x, you can get an STI from precum.
