CABBAGE fufu is for those people that are watching their carbohydrate intake. You can use broccoli, egg plant (garden egg) carrot in place of the cabbage. Psyllium husk is a dietary fiber and it was used in this recipe as a binder and you can find it in any grocery/online store that sells whole foods.
Ingredients
1 Head Cabbage (cleaned chopped)
1-2 Tablespoons Psyllium husk or Ground flaxseed

Instructions
Clean a small head of cabbage and chop into small pieces. Add to a saucepan or pot and cover with water.
Bring to a boil then drain in a strainer.
Add to a blender and blend until smooth. Be careful the content is hot or allow the content to cool down.
Pour to a clean pot and cook over medium-high heat. Stir continuously.
After you notice it’s forming or no traces of liquid add Phyllium husk or ground flaxseed and continue to stir.
