President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has announced plans for a Youth Confab in the first quarter of 2025, aimed at promoting youth inclusiveness and recognising their role as vital nation-builders.
In his 2025 New Year message, Tinubu described the Youth Confab as a testament to his administration’s commitment to empowering young Nigerians and harnessing their potential for national development.
“The Youth Confab will begin in the first quarter of 2025, a testament to our commitment to youth inclusiveness and investment as nation-builders,” Tinubu stated.
He also directed the Ministry of Youth to finalise the modalities for selecting representatives from the country’s diverse youth population.
The conference highlights the president’s broader Renewed Hope Agenda, which emphasises unity, patriotism, and collaboration across all demographics to achieve sustainable national growth.
Tinubu called on Nigerians, particularly the youth, to maintain faith in the country, urging them to rally together in building a prosperous and united Nigeria.
