The awardees shared their insights on the issue after being honoured with the awards during the sixth edition of the TIBA Awards and Conference which was recently held in Lagos with the theme ‘Redefining excellence in business and career’.
The founder and convener of TIBA, Omobabinrin Osideko, while speaking on the theme of the conference, stated that the organisation is a platform to celebrate the works of ordinary people who are doing amazing work.
She further stated that irrespective of the work one does, whether for free or not, they should do it with a touch of excellence, adding, “This is what will attract the right people to you. This is what will land you the awards.”
