My swollen tummy and feet

I am a 50-year-old civil servant who has been complaining of swollen abdomen and legs for the past few weeks. After a series of blood and urine tests, I was placed on some drugs. However, two weeks later, my tummy is still very big while my feet are still swollen. Please tell me what to do?
