Soludo congratulates Muslims on commencement of Ramadan

The Governor of Anambra State, Professor Chukwuma Charles Soludo, extends his heartfelt felicitations and best wishes to esteemed Muslim brothers and sisters in Anambra State and across Nigeria as they commence the holy month of Ramadan.

In his goodwill message, Governor Soludo emphasized that Ramadan,a period of profound spiritual reflection, self-discipline, and heightened devotion—offers a unique opportunity for Muslims to strengthen their connection with the Almighty Allah, foster unity, and extend compassion to those in need.

This sacred month reinforces the timeless values of charity, empathy, and peaceful coexistence, which are fundamental to building a harmonious and progressive society.

The Governor further assured that Anambra State deeply values the contributions of the Muslim community to the socio-economic development of the state. He encouraged all faithful to use this auspicious period to deepen their faith and pray for the continued peace and prosperity of Anambra State and Nigeria.

Governor Soludo, therefore, wishes all Muslims a blessed and rewarding Ramadan and prays that the Almighty Allah grants them the strength and grace to successfully complete the fast.

The congratulatory message was contained in a statement signed and made available to journalists in Awka on Monday by his Press Secretary, Christian Aburime.
