SMOOTHIES is a puree of fruit and other ingredients like milk, yogurt, eggs, ice among others. It is a thick beverage made from raw fruits which is blended. Vegetables, ice-cream, cookies, water or sweeteners are added to garnish your energy drink. When added, organic superfood ingredients can really boost the health value of your smoothies by adding essential nutrients to your drink.

Smoothie is high in natural fats and sugar. It is mainly or majorly blended fruits such as banana, carrot, orange, mango, coconut, depending on your personal choice which is mainly a daily dosage of fruit that is very healthy. This drink is perfect as a filling snack and a very nutritious beverage. This type of drink can fill up your sweet cravings if made the right way. They are great when taken in the morning

HOW TO MAKE A SMOOTHIE
-cut your fruit into pieces depending on your varieties
-pop them into a blender
-put your milk, egg, cookies, ice-cream, yogurt, almond or honey depending on your varieties for sweetener.
-then add ice, for a thicker and colder smoothie
-blend until liquefied for about 15 seconds to 1 minute.
-pour the smoothie in a glass, and then enjoy your drink.
