Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to supporting local companies by fostering a business-friendly environment in the state.
Governor Sanwo-Olu gave the assurance on Thursday while speaking at the 15th Anniversary and Office Launch of Greenpeg Nigeria Limited, held in Ikeja.
Speaking through his deputy, Dr. Kadri Obafemi Hamzat, Sanwo-Olu stated that fostering such an environment would involve implementing policies that facilitate ease of doing business, enhancing infrastructure, and promoting a diverse and resilient economy.
“Lagos State is the epicenter of Nigeria’s commerce and a hub for business and innovation. We are committed to supporting companies like Greenpeg Nigeria Limited by fostering a business-friendly environment.
“This involves implementing policies that facilitate ease of doing business, enhancing infrastructure, and promoting a diverse and resilient economy,” the governor said.
Governor Sanwo-Olu described the event as a significant milestone for a company that has demonstrated remarkable strength, excellence, and a steadfast commitment to innovation and sustainability in Nigeria’s business landscape. He also commended Greenpeg Nigeria Limited for its contributions to the development of both Lagos State and Nigeria.
