Resource Intermediaries Limited (RIL), a leading HR Outsourcing company marks its 18th year anniversary and announces the return of the founder, Mr. Alex Okoh (a former Director General of the Bureau of Public Enterprises, Nigeria) as Chairman of the Board of Directors after going on a sabbatical leave for about 7 years. He officially resumed as Chairman of the Board on July 1st, 2024.
Mr. Alex Okoh previously served as Chairman of Resource Intermediaries Limited (RIL) from its inception. During his prior tenure, Alex Okoh played a pivotal role in guiding the company through a period of significant growth and expansion, implementing innovative HR solutions that helped clients achieve greater in efficiency and employees satisfaction.
Mr. Alex Okoh in his opening speech at the 18th Anniversary of RIL shared his excitement about returning and joining the Board again to provide oversight. He recognized the achievements of all employees, past and present saying “Without you, we would not be celebrating this 18th anniversary”. He stressed the milestones and achievements which included expansion to 5 different regions in Nigeria and 2 countries, and the successful opening of a subsidiary Co-work space brand which is present in 6 regional locations in Nigeria-TheBUNKer Services Nigeria Limited (TBSNL).
He stressed the fact that not so many Organizations have survived up to 18 years of business operations according to research. He appreciated the effort of the outgoing chairman Dr. Ebun Bamgboye contributions for the exceptional leadership of the board and the indefatigable Co-founder and MD/CEO -Mr. Olusoji Oyawoye in pivoting the growth of Resource Intermediaries Ltd through the years. He said as the Organization moves forward, he hopes to crystallize all efforts and execute new strategies to expand the scope of the business taking it to new horizons.
Mr. Alex Okoh promised to collaborate with management to provide some support on the journey to break new territories and grounds synergizing management’s expertise which is an invaluable asset to continue to grow and evolve RIL’s services.
He later presented awards to long-serving staff as he thanked them for carrying on the vision of the founding Fathers.
