Chief Executive Officer of Joebest Estate and Property Limited, Iloduba Joemartins Tochukwu has stated that, there is much competition in the real estate sector.
He stated this in a chat with our Correspondent, where he expressed optimism, that all will be well with the sector.
According to Joemartins, there was a time the sector was not competitive, but today, we have alot of professionals that have grown to make it competitive.
You must have properties with state of- the- art facilities, to attract clients, and the top guys always go for the best.
So, the whole process makes it quite competitive, because everyone in the property industry are at their best.
We must also invest in properties that will sustain the name that we have built in the industry over the years, Joemartins said.
