An auto accident involving a petrol tanker and a taxi has occurred in Moniya, the outskirt of Ibadan, the Oyo State capital, along Ibadan-Iseyin road at the early hours of Friday.
The accident, according to an eyewitness, was caused due to the brake failure of the petrol tanker.

Although no life was lost in the accident, the tanker was said to be fully loaded with petrol, while the taxi was said to be taking students to school.
