It is obvious from the report showing that from November 2017, there have been 53 cases of killing of spouses that something is wrong somewhere in our society.
In search for justice, our desire must not be conscious of consequences alone. Many families are in agony and ruin due to absence of fairness, morality and discipline.
No doubt, as reports show, both men and women are guilty of the crime. It is however true that many homes that have enjoyed relative ‘peace’ are ones where the women learn to do or live with the oppression by men or women. Many women are suffering. Families are in trouble and society is in chaos for wrongs it has encouraged, irresponsibility it has supported, immorality; for rascality, unfairness, bias and indiscipline in men’s favourable world.
That is what justice should address because many women live lives of sympathy and pity without care.
