THE plan recently announced by the Federal Government with regard to teaching science and technology subjects via the major national languages is a step in the right direction.
The indigenous languages are an important part of the personality of Nigerians and should be given all the encouragement and support that they deserve. Indeed, there is no valid reason they should not.
