I have had sensitive teeth for around one week and now the pain is there even after eating or drinking anything. Pain remains for around 30 minutes, then it goes. I have been using a toothpaste for sensitivity for around three to four days. Should I use it further for results? Please help as the pain is very much in the lower teeth only (three to four lower front teeth).
Thank you.

Pain and sensitivity of the lower teeth and jaw can occur due to various reasons. However, the most common causes are tooth decay and wisdom tooth issues. If any of your lower teeth have decayed, you will have this problem.
Or if your wisdom tooth is impacted and locked inside your jaw, you will experience lower front teeth sensitivity and jaw pain. Unfortunately, both these causes cannot be treated with at-home remedies or desensitising toothpaste.
Please visit your nearest dentist and get a complete evaluation done to identify the cause. If that is due to tooth decay or an impacted wisdom tooth, you may require appropriate treatments to relieve tooth and jaw pain, along with sensitivity.
