My husband is a gay

I have been married for about three months now with my husband refusing to have any sex with me. His excuse was that he wanted to complete some medical treatment before we can consummate our marriage. To my surprise, I recently caught him in bed with another man when he confessed to being a gay. Now I am at a loss on what to do. Please help me.
